The Origins of Christmas

The celebration of Christ's birth was not practiced until early AD 300, under the direction of the Roman Emperor Constantine. It was Easter that was the focus of the Christian people, and not Christmas. In fact, during the era of the Puritans, the celebration of Christmas was not only forbidden, but punishable by the Ecclesiastic Courts.

In the booklet, "The Truth about Christmas" you will learn why Christmas was a forbidden practice by orthodox Reformed and Puritan people.
